-The Mentors-

District One
~Awkward and withdrawn,
An outcast to the Careers,
But he tries his best~
Clear Roberts, Victor of the 117th Hunger Games
Won at 18, Currently 26...He/Him
-Clear doesn't mentor often but he wants his tribute to get the best chance. He is terrified of playing a dirty game after the backlash his Victory caused.-
-Clear won his Games because he killed every one of his allies in their sleep the first night. Afterwards he was disgraced by the Careers for playing a dirty game.-
~She is here to win,
She tolerates Chervil's shit,
And she helps him grow.~
Miracle Hewitt, Victor of the 110th Hunger Games
Won at 18, Currently 33...She/Her
-Miracle has a logical mentoring strategy, and encourages her tribute to remain well-liked in the pack. She would turn up the charm for Capitolites to sponsor her tributes.-
-Miracle was a calm and collected leader in her Games. When the boy from 4 blew up on the pack, they relied on her to lead them. She made multiple kills until she reached Victory, after which she came out as a transwoman.-
.
District Two
~Odin is awkward,
Though he is a scary dude,
He is not so bad.~
Odin Yggdraval, Victor of the 100th Hunger Games
Won at 18, Currently 45...He/Him
-Odin's mentoring strategy is to not fuck it up and do his best.-
-Odin was put in an Arena full of rebels and ended up winning because he was the only loyalist left. That rebellion was since extinguished.-
~To UV Pluto's
The sage dating advice friend,
But they're really scared.~
Pluto Nicastro, Victor of the 122nd Hunger Games
Won at 18, Currently 24....They/Them, He/Him
-Pluto's mentoring strategy is to not fuck up and do their best.-
-Pluto won their Games because their District partner killed the other Careers in their sleep and Pluto killed her, even though she was clearly going to spare them.-
.
District Three
~Tav and Marinka
Breed like fucking rabbits, but
Have the cutest kids~
Tav Kohl, Victor of the 102nd Hunger Games
Won at 16, Currently 39...He/Him
-Tav has lost many tributes before and is trying his best to get one home by playing to that tribute's strengths.-
-Tav won his Games because he was so focused on coming home he was willing to kill to get there. He killed the 7 girl who attacked him, and the 6 girl in the final 2.-
~He's the saddest bean.
That Panem has ever seen.
All his friends are "dead."~
Numitor Demetriou-Lawerence, Victor of the 126th Hunger Games
Won at 16, Currently 17...He/Him
-Numitor is clueless and intimidated at the thought of mentoring, but he'll do his best and try to capitalize off of the tribute's strengths.-
-Numitor allied with his District partner and killed the boy from Nine, and "killed" the boy from Seven in the final two.-
.
District Four

~Do not mess with her,
Scarlett is an epic queen,
She is a badass.~
Scarlett Espinosa, Victor of the 105th Hunger Games
Won at 17, Currently 37...She/Her
-Scarlett's mentoring strategy is based on tough love. She runs the biggest Academy in the District, so she knows the volunteers well and will help both of them, though give special advice to her individual tribute.-
-Scarlett wooed the crowds with her sexy charms, and her alliance. She was a master manipulator and once the Careers split in the final 8, she showed everyone what she could do and took three more lives to win the Games.-

~Another Badass,
She will take her foot right off,
And beat you with it.~
Eliza/Eli Hathaway, Victor of the 101st Hunger Games
Won at 18, Currently 42...She/Her, He/Him
-Eli is another tough-love mentor but has a much better sense of humor than Scarlette. He appears occasionally at the Academy so he'd know the tributes a little. He is competitive with Scarlette and is more focused on his own tribute.-
-Eliza won her Games through sheer determination and spite. Her ankle was shattered on the third day, so she has a prosthetic foot. She survived without being in a fight until the final Five, when she killed the boy from 5, and killed the girl from One with a lucky knife throw in the final 2.-
.
District Five
~Back at it again,
She does not want to be here,
But she has no choice~
Kelly Fisher, Victor of the 94th Hunger Games
Won at 14, Currently 45...She/Her
Kelly doesn't really have a mentoring strategy as she never likes to interact with her tributes.
Kelly won her Games young by hiding, and it scarred her. Now she hides obsessively as a way to cope, and uses drugs fairly regularly to keep the fear away.

~The firs twelve-year-old,
Cannot speak but learning sign,
Or he writes or draws.~
Tyler "Rocket" Pastore, Victor of the 106th Hunger Games
Won at 12, Currently 31...He/Him, They/Them
Rocket hasn't mentored in many years, but took the job because Tim has adopted another child and Rocket and Kelly wanted to give him a break year.
Like Kelly, Rocket hid through most of his Games. He is mute and had a bad home life so being quiet is natural to him, and he had great survival skills because of how bright he is that he used to sustain until the final 2.
.
District Six
~He will try to not
Get attached to his tribute.
But of course, he'll fail.~
Riggs Fidler, Victor of the 125th Hunger Games
Won at 18, Currently 20...He/Him
Riggs really tries to keep a professional relationship with his tribute, but he's so fresh out of the Games that he knows how they feel and gets attached. He is very focused on wooing the crowd and playing to their strengths.
Riggs won his Games after losing his ally, the 7 boy. He made one kill, the 3 boy, and was crowned a Victor after June Fisher of District Nine shared the red string of fate with him, allowing two Victors.
~Gian loves coffee.
No wait: Gian needs coffee.
He also needs Riggs.~
Gian Mariani, Victor of the 123rd Hunger Games
Won at 16, Currently 20...He/Him
Gian's makes an effort to keep his relationship with his tribute professional. He often gets anxious about missing tutoring/schoolwork, but tries to stay focused on his tribute. After Riggs won, he's much more focused on his tributes and tries to be kind to them.
Gian won his Games and caused three deaths. He indirectly caused the 8 girl to die in the bloodbath by pushing her towards the Careers while getting a bag. He was allied with the Five girl who died on the second day. He killed the 7 boy in the final 8 and then killed the badly-injured girl from 2 to get the Victory.
.
District Seven
~Helen is so blessed,
She won't stop talking about,
Her boyfriend, Ani~
Helen Bethel, Victor of the 120th Hunger Games
Won at 15, Currently 22...She/Her
Helen wants District Seven to have a Victor this year more than ever. She will be giving every piece of advice she has to her tributes and encourage them to team up to get District Seven the Victory this year, though she is particularly biased towards her own tribute.
Helen was very average throughout the Pre-Games. She did not particularly stand out, and her fellow tributes constantly forgot about her. She allied with the girl from Three, who was killed on the third day. Everyone was shocked when Helen killed the girl from District Eight and was in the final eight. She hid as six more were killed, and then faced off against the boy from Five, who she outran from the Capitol's mutts.
~Very sage and wise.
Also determined to get
her tributes back home.~
Maud Sasaki, Victor of the 93rd Hunger Games
Won at 16, Currently 48...She/Her
Maud is a quiet woman that would encourage her tribute to do as Helen did and become invisible as much as possible. She is strict because she takes her job very seriously, and has a lot of advice, though she is stubborn and can intimidate tributes.
Maud went into the Games determined to do what she had to. She had always been good at pushing away her emotions, which was her greatest strength. She had no allies and traveled alone. She made two kills: the boy from 5 and the boy from 12. She won the battle against the boy from 2 by surprising him with a poison blow dart to the neck.
.
District Eight
~She mentored Tartan,
Now she is full of regret.
But trying again. ~
Kiari Thurstan, Victor of the 103rd Hunger Games
Won at 14, Currently 46...She/Her
As a young Victor, Kiari's strategy was to get her tributes in a mindset to do whatever it takes, stand their ground and realize that they're the most important person in the Games. After this strategy created the monster that is Tartan, Kiari is going into this year not sure what to do, mostly play it by ear.
Kiari won her Games by temporarily shutting out her emotions and doing what she had to. She was allied with the girl from Eleven, who tried to kill her in the night. Kiari killed her instead, and shut out the guilt. She later killed the boy from District Ten and took on the injured girl from One in the finale. Kiari murdered her brutally, and as soon as she was announced the winner, burst into tears and has been depressed and withdrawn ever since.

~He's a crazy guy.
Celebrates the Hunger Games,
What a fucking nut.~
Tartan Vincent, Victor of the 108th Hunger Games
Won at 16, Currently 33...He/Him
Tartan wants to mentor the tribute from Eight he thinks has the strongest chance of winning. He's very honest with his thoughts and opinions about both tributes and often laments that District Eight is weak. He's looking for people he can make into a mini-me because he believes that's what they have to do to win.
After being advised by his mentor to become a monster, Tartan followed the advice to a T. He threw away his old quiet lifestyle that was full of abuse and teasing and became a killing machine. He killed the twelve-year-old from Six in the Bloodbath, and made five other kills in his Games before the finale. It was one of the fastest Games in the past few decades. He took on the brutish girl from Two in the finale and murdered her painfully.
.
District Nine
~June will destroy you,
With her insults and her sass
And you will thank her.~
June Fisher, Victor of the 125th Hunger Games
Won at 18, Currently 20...She/Her
June's strategy is to hope that her tributes aren't batshit crazy like last year's. She is going to tag-team mentor with Prentice, but is very loyal to her designated tribute and will give that person advice as to how to win. June is not experienced, but she is fiery and will work hard for her tribute.
June won her Games after losing the boy she was still in love with after cheating on him. She was sponsored a bow and arrow and used it to kill the girl from Eight and the boy from Ten in revenge. She assisted in the killing of the boy from Four before using the acquired red string of fate to win with Riggs Fidler of District Six.
~He's a lovesick bub,
that knows nothing about love,
They need Giggs's help.~
Prentice Tholberg, Victor of the 124th Hunger Games
Won at 17, Currently 20
Prentice is starting to be more comfortable mentoring, but likes having a teammate in the process. He would encourage the Nine tributes to team up so they can be mentored together. He will still do anything it takes to get one of his District's tributes home.
Prentice won the Games very much on his own. He was an attractive boy that seemed average in every way except for appearance. He hid a lot and used survival skills to survive. He temporarily teamed up with the boy from Four, who was shunned from the Careers, and killed two tributes that were allies. When he died, Prentice took his weapon and used it to kill the boy from Eight in the finale.
.
District Ten
~She's a strong woman.
Wants District Ten to train more.
Not friends with Arthur.~
Mika Wagner, Victor of the 82nd Hunger Games
Won at 16, Currently 59
Mika is a very tough love kind of mentor. She is very "My way or the highway" and doesn't like to budge. She wants to work with a District Ten tribute that has learned skills in an Academy.
Mika won her Games because of some secret training that happened on her family's ranch, far enough away that Peacekeepers rarely came around. Because of this she was able to join the Careers and killed three tributes before the final eight. She defeated the One girl in the finale using her combat training and has advocated for Academies in Ten ever since.
~Do not fuck with them,
They will kill you in your sleep.
If you don't listen.~
Dahlia Parker, Victor of the 99th Hunger Games
Won at 14, Currently 40...He/Him, They/Them
Even more strict than Mika, Parker is extremely intimidating and will threaten his tributes if they don't do what he thinks is wise. Has been out of the mentoring game for a few years because of this, but was put back in because Mika and Arthur don't get along.
Parker was a young tribute, but extremely strong. He came out as a demiboy during his interview, which got the nation's attention. He showed that he wasn't afraid to kill if it meant escaping his toxic household and making a new life. He killed the girl from Eleven, who was eighteen but couldn't make herself fight. He also killed the boy from Seven. In the finale he faced his District partner, who was seventeen, and though he came out injured, won the fight.
District Eleven
~He's alone this year.
He does not know what to do.
He just feels so lost.~
Chervil Van Laren, Victor of the 109th Hunger Games
Won at 15, Currently 31...He/Him
This year Chervil has to manage and mentor two tributes alone, with a new escort he doesn't know. He's extremely anxious about it and for once, doesn't have a plan to mentor.
Chervil was part of a slower, more boring Games. Despite Gamemaker's efforts to get tributes to meet, the Arena was too big, and many tributes died from dehydration. Chervil was among the most resourceful. He killed the girl from Seven and her District partner in the finale a day later.
.
District Twelve
~Now she is angry,
Also haunted, and so scared.
She's in a bad place.~
Allegra Pakulski, Victor of the 118th Hunger Games
Won at 16, Currently 23
Allegra still doesn't feel confident about mentoring, and after a recent breakup that was very messy and ugly, she feels alone. She often has panic attacks thinking about her Games, especially when mentoring.
Allegra killed three people in her Games. The first was the girl from Ten, out of self-defense on the first day. Allegra was frozen in grief and fear for three days, but camouflaged well enough no one found her. She mercy-killed the boy from Three, who had been bitten by a poisonous snake. In the finale, she shoved the girl from Seven into a lava pit to win.
~He's a crafty boy.
He likes to get in trouble.
But is also sweet.~
Bates Statham, Victor of the 115th Hunger Games
Won at 14, Currently 26
Bates is creative, and good at finding solutions to most any problem someone may have. He is devoted to helping his tributes, even if he is slightly soft-spoken. He is crafty and will teach tributes whatever they ask of him.
Bates was a young Victor, and won because of his focus and ability to make traps. He only killed two people, the girl from Nine and the boy from Eight in the finale, after they got caught in traps he set.
